A Kid-Friendly Poem about Seasons

In springtime, flowers pop up everywhere,
And colors fill the air.
The grass turns green, the sun shines bright,
And everything seems just right.

When summer comes, it’s hot and sunny,
The perfect time to play and runny.
Ice cream, swimming, and picnics too,
The season is made for me and you.

Fall brings leaves that change their hue,
Reds, yellows, and oranges, too.
The wind is crisp, and days grow shorter,
Nature’s beauty a wondrous wonder.

Winter’s cold and snowy, too,
The perfect time to build a snowman, whoo!
Skating, sledding, and making snow angels,
The season is full of snow-filled wrangles.

So let’s enjoy the seasons, one and all,
As they come and go, big and small.
Spring, summer, fall, and winter,
Each one a special, unique center.
