I am Raghav Raj, an 8-year-old kid with a prolific interest in poems and stories. Ever since I could remember, I have been enchanted by the magic of words and how they can take us to different worlds and emotions. I have always loved reading and writing, and my favorite writers are Enid Blyton and Sudha Murthy. Their books have been my constant companions, and I have learned so much from them.

As I grew up, I realized that there were many other kids like me who loved reading and writing but didn’t have access to the kind of books and stories that they would enjoy. That’s when I came up with the idea of starting a blog for kids for poems and stories. It would be a platform where kids could share their own stories and poems, and also read the works of other kids from around the world.

With the help of my parents, I started working on the blog. We spent countless hours researching and brainstorming ideas, and finally, we came up with a name that we all liked – “Tales For Tots.” It was a place where book lovers could come together and share their love for reading and writing.

The first few months were tough, as we had to learn how to design and manage a website. But with the help of my parents and some online tutorials, we soon got the hang of it. I would spend hours every day writing new stories and poems, and my parents would help me edit and upload them to the blog.

As the blog started to gain popularity, we started receiving submissions from other kids as well. It was amazing to see so many talented young writers from all over the world, sharing their stories and poems with us. We had stories about dragons and unicorns, poems about nature and friendship, and everything in between.

One of the best things about running Tales For Tots has been the connections we’ve made with other kids and their families. We’ve had the opportunity to meet some incredible people from different parts of the world, who share our love for books and stories. It has been a truly humbling and inspiring experience.

Apart from writing and running the blog, I also love swimming, skating and playing football with my friends. I’m also a big fan of science and love conducting experiments and learning new things. In fact, one of my dreams is to become a scientist when I grow up.

Looking back, I feel grateful for all the experiences and opportunities that have come my way, thanks to my love for books and stories. Starting Tales For Tots has been one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done, and I hope to continue inspiring and connecting with other kids through it.
