Discover the magical friendship between a talking golden fish and a little girl named Lily.
Long long ago, in a land far away, there was a beautiful golden fish. The fish was so special because it could talk to people! One day, a little girl named Lily was walking by the pond where the golden fish lived.
“Hello, little fish,” said Lily. “What’s your name?”
“My name is Goldie,” said the fish. “What’s your name?”
“My name is Lily,” said the girl. “Why are you so special, Goldie?”
“I’m special because I can grant wishes,” said Goldie. “But be careful what you wish for!”
Lily thought for a moment. She wished for a big bag of candy. Suddenly, a big bag of candy appeared in front of her!
Lily was so happy, but then she realized that she had too much candy and didn’t feel good. She wished for the candy to disappear and it did.
Goldie warned Lily that she should be careful what she wished for because sometimes things that seem good can have bad consequences.
Lily realized that Goldie was right and decided to use her wishes more wisely.
From that day forward, Lily and Goldie became good friends. They would talk every day and Lily would share her wishes with Goldie, but only when she was sure they were good ones.
And so, the golden fish and the little girl lived happily ever after.
