Come little ones, it’s time to play
But first let’s clean ourselves, okay?
A shower can be fun, you’ll see
And it will help you stay healthy!
When you wake up in the morn
Your body may feel a little worn
A shower can help you feel fresh
And ready to start the day with zest!
Make sure the water is not too hot
And ask an adult to help you spot
The right amount of soap to use
On your body, from head to shoes!
Scrub your hair, don’t forget the suds
And make sure to wash away the muds
Rinse it all with water clean
And soon you’ll be as bright as a bean!
Now you’re done, it’s time to dry
Pat yourself gently, don’t be shy
Put on your clothes, it’s time to go
And enjoy your day, all in a row!
So remember, every single day
Take some time to wash away
